does anyone know what banks are lending to Canadian Buyers for investment loans on 2,3,&4plexes?

Good Morning,
Check with your local Association of Realtors, they usually have weekly Commercial, Invetment, and Exchange Groups, (a group of investors, Lenders, etc.), and you can attend tlak face to face with them, especially, that they all buing, selling, or exchanging Commercial and investment properties.

VERY tough call. I'd check in the local market you are interested in. Last I heard the only U.S. bank offering financing for Canadians was Wells Fargo, but their guidelines have tightened up substantially.
I did hear of a major purchase recently here in the States that was financed by a Canadian bank ... go figure?
