You just need to include the "meat and potatoes" in your initial LOI i.e. purchase price, amount of earnest money, close of escrow date, due diligence period, etc. All of the details can be worked out in the PA, which will vary from broker to broker, lawyer to lawyer, institution to institution. Remember, in most cases the LOI is not a binding legal contract. Of course though, you should always consult with legal counsel ;)
