Assuming commission on selling price is 2%, usually the seller's agent get 80% and the buyer's agent gets 20%. Example: $4,000,000 property, seller's agent would get $64,000 and buyer's agent would get $16,000.

Hello,
Everything is negotiable. The split usually depends on the sales agent's experience, who provides the lead, extent of broker's involvement, etc.
