commercial lease templates?

Tracey.....There are many templates available. However, I can recommend the AIR forms. They are broadly used and soundly accepted in the commercial real estate industry. These forms fit nearly any type of leasing and can be adapted through your negotiating process with either the landlord or the prospective tenants. You can find AIR by searching on the Internet. AIR is the way to go. But for small short term leases i use my oun form. most leases are bases off of the AIR form.
