No. The lessee has the right to use the property under the terms and conditions of the lease. When the lease expires, the lessor/owner takes back possession of the property.

NOPE. NO WAY. There are two things in a property Title and possession. Lessee can use the property during lease term as per agreement and there after that the Owner can take possession. Type of lease as in this case shall not deprive the right of ownership and take the possession after end of lease.
