Owners would be more interested when energy incentives are available. It would also depend on the terms of the lease. If it can become a win / win for all parties, I don't see why an owner would pass up the opportunity. In one case we identified the ability to use some incentive funding to save on structural elements of the building (covering the parking with solar). With combinations like this it makes it easier to incorporate green elements while maintaining costs. Otherwise, the price can be a limiting factor.
