Why wouldn't you invest in Commercial Real Estate in Central Texas??

Honestly, there is very little reason not to. Due to the laws in Texas regarding home financing, there wasn't nearly as much of a bubble in the residential and commercial markets. This has led to great stability, and while the rest of the nation is hurting, we are still increasing rents year over year.

I agree wit Jim T. As long as the situation is viable for all involved, there is no reason not to get involved with investments no matter the state.
