Ross F.
Broker/Agent
The Woodlands, TX

According to the 2010 Houston Business Journal "Book of Lists," the largest Houston-area commercial brokerage firm is CB Richard Ellis with 101 full-time brokers. They complete a lot of retail transactions, although I do no know the exact number.
Our company, Woodlands Commercial Realty, by contrast, is a two-man shop. We offer a more personalized approach. Neither method of business is better than the other, they are just different. With the big companies, they have numerous staff workers, researchers, multiple offices, etc. With smaller independent shops, we often have a better pulse on the local market and are more relationship-oriented.
Hope this helps!
