Which county in Fla is expecting the highest rental mrkt.

I am an investor that is diversifying my RE folio to Fla. I want to avoid very depressed areas for the rental market. I would like to know which state or county that is experiencing continues growth in terms of work, new industries and job creation?Please guide me in my objective

I would imagine that the State of Florida publishes unemployment figures and job forecasts by MSAs or at least by county. Check with them first to see what is available.
There are other private sources of similar data such as stdbonline.com. No matter what you will need to evaluate each opportunity and each market individually.
