My best answer thereafter is the center of any County or area for that matter is not nearly important to investment real estate as the other factors of 1. Why is a location strong or weak? 2. What is the price of the real estate? 3. Can economic sense be made in the price as far as financing is concerned? 4. How will the property be managed? 5. Will the property pass all 3rd Party analysis? 6. What value-added components are available through a purchase? 7. What is the holding and exit strategy?
These are many of the primary considerations that must be addressed, rather than where the center is of any area.
