Where is the best place to learn commercial real estate from, being a newbie?

I've been involved in real estate development and own several properties, however; I do not know the listing and selling side of the business like I would like to. Is there a great book or certain class that can give me a jump start?

Peter Droubay and Bob McCombs have some excellent training materials for new commercial agents at http://www.tdogs.com/
I recommend their "How to Fast-Track Your Expertise in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage" course for newbies

My Friend,
the ONLY way to make it right and to get your "PHd" in commercial real estate is to take the path of achieving the CCIM designation.
Its hard, cost $ but it’s the kings way to achieve knowledge.

I am a Certified Commercial Investment Member(CCIM) and I think the CCIM 101 class is the best commercial real estate class to get started. Or even the Intro to commercial real estate home study course is good.
