Whats the best way to promote a virtual executive office in a non-major market city?

We operate the first and only virtual executive office complex in Denton (about 35 minutes from Dallas) but since its not a major market city, people are hesitant to become tenants. We offer more service options then the other virtual office companies, but they are alllocated in major market cities so they utilize major market resources. Revamping marketing plan to include SEO, inbound pay-per-call campaigns, postcards to new business filings and creating industry specific pacakages and doing more PR work. Is there anything im missing?

I'm IN your market and have been for 15 years. You just have to get the word out to local commercial brokers as well as the community and businesses throughout. Chamber of commerce in Denton is important. Networking groups. Real Estate offices (residential and commercial). What you have available is certainly new and unique but it should not be the city's best kept secret. Don't remember seeing anything on this. I'd get the names / phones / addresses / e-mails of all the agents active in the market and submit info out to them regularly.
