2 acres at $5 is $435,600 and at 10% annual rental would be $43,560. However, the best way to determine the asking rental would be to identify similar properties and see what they leased for, or what those Landlords are asking, and then ask an amount that is more or less depending upon how superior or inferior your property relative to the similar property.
