What's it gonna take for the Medical Office Building market to breakout from the General Office market in CA?

I own 15000 sq ft of vacant Medical Office in San Bernardino, CA. I keep reading the things about the demand has to increase etc etc. But on the ground, it ain't happening from what I can see. We can't get any interest. We keep hearing the excuse about health reform and nobody wants to make a move until that's resolved, but is that really what's holding it up?

The medical industry is very concerned about National Healthcare. The government plan has the potential to severely damage the industry as far as profits and even the very freedom in how they will be able to operate. This country needs some serious overhaul in the medical and insurance industry but by working it in segments at a time and definitely not controlled or run by the government. Thankfully people are waking up to this issue as well as the overall economy and taking steps to have their voice heard and that is what we all need to do more of. There are good ideas out there and the government needs to be put back in the hands of the people.
