What is typical TI allowance for office space in Golden/Denver Colorado?

It always depends on square footage leased , term of lease and tenant quality perceived by landlord. On average around $20.00 up... by term and rent kickers.

Charlene, unfortunately the TI number could be all over the map depending on the tenant you are getting and the current condition of your building. The TI number is all negotiable (for example for a non credit tenant who wants a 2 year lease, you likely would give a smaller TI allowance than a credit tenant that will sign a 10 year lease).
