What is the typical referral fee paid and what form is used when referring a client for an office lease?

Typically would be 20 - 25% of commission received by the leasing agent to whom you referred it to. I have a form prepared. E-mail and I'll send you a copy - you can change it to suit your needs. chris@texasrealtyteam.com

I wouldn't go lower than 30%, but depends on the deal. The broker you're referring to should provide the necessary forms.
