What is the typical rate a broker charges for a land/ground lease or lease a building??

Typically we charge 3-6% of the total base rent. i.e. if the total anual base rent, which (excludes, taxes and CAM charges) is $50,000 and it is a five year lease then the commission would be 6% of 5 x $50,000 or $250,000 which would be a commission of $15,000. Hope this helps.
