Hello Maryann, we are a full service brokerage in SW FLorida with 7 offices and about 50 agents ... commercial was dead since 2007 but seems finally to be making a comeback this year. We have put several deals in this area together in the last 6 month, from an apartment complex over a hotel, a vacant bank building, law-offices and retail spaces to a nightclub and landbanking. It seems that buyers expectations towards a recovery are finally meeting banks needs to clear non-performing assets of the books. Please feel free to contact us with any questions! Best, Nils Richter

Outlook for SW Florida is still appealing. Our firm prospects that a buy figure today with a 5 year lease structure and then sale would maximize both long and short term profit. Commercial is making a comeback.
