What is the formula for figuring a Blended rental rate for office-coml-Ind. space?

This is how I have done it.
office sf rate x amt of space
indust sf rate x amt of space
add both amounts to get your annual rent.
divide the annual amount by your total square footage to get your blended rate.

I add all 3 different rates together and divide by 3. Example: $1.00 + $0.65 + $0.85 = $2.50 /divide by 3 = $0.83.
