I'm going through my database right now at work...we don't cover Wichita but I do have Kansas City data...maybe they're close enough? Anyways the current vacancy is 7.3% total, with 7.1% vacancy in warehouses and 12.8% vacancy in flex. Cap rates are down to 7.67%, down from 10.70% a year ago.
