That's one of those questions that the answer is "it depends". There are so many factors that will extend or shorten the length of time it takes to fill it like location, size, type of building, demographics...... and the list goes on and on. The bottom line will be how much you are asking given all the other factors?. Right now prices on leases are like a rolling ball downhill. You need to get in front of the ball or you will follow it down the hill.
