You pose a good question, in most Midwestern States, the value of farmland is determined by the corn base. In Indiana, Purdue University's agricultural economics department has extensive data on how much land is selling for per bushel based on data collected from a plethora of real estate professionals. I am sure UK also probably has something similar. There is not a whole lot of real tillable land in Breckinridge County compared to Meade and Hardin, so supply and demand may have a factor. Good Luck!
