Yardi is one of the best in the industry, however many owners prefer Quickbooks which offers CRE related templates. Check out the link below.

We use Yardi as well. It has proven to be a very usefull tool for us when we were a smaller company and also as we grow.

For features and tools, for a very reasonable cost, consider SKYLINE. Handles office, retail and apartments with good reports. Nice general ledger...all integrated.

Best to avoid PM software packages - just use MS-Office for all you needs!
