Simply a lease that is inclusive of all costs. The only cost to you is the phone.

Everything is included in the base lease rate price per square foot. No CAM or additional fees per month. This is a general rule, however never presume that everything is included. Be specific in your questions to the leasing broker, such as operating outside of "normal business hours". There may be costs incurred for additional usage of specific utilities, parking overage, parking spaces allowed or available, etc. Good luck!
