What is "2 Phase power with a Highlight"

I"m selling/leasing a building described as having "3 Phase power", but in inspection it is said to have "2 Phase with a highlight". I and others i asked never heard of a highlight.

You can ask the person/inspector that commented on it and have them clarity it for you. Consult with a licensed commercial electrician and ask them what it means, the pros, cons, and any remedy, if needed.

Its a bastardized 3 phase, Two single phased connected in an "open delta"... a high leg not highlight.

it's not highlight ... High Leg .or orange leg.. sometimes its called. it applies to transformer being used for both single and threephase power..Sometimes two transformers are used, but generally one ..
