We want to swap our new commercial center for residential units in Los Angeles, CA (Lakewood) area. Any ideas?

Our center is 6413 Del Amo, Lakewood, CA. My partner enjoys fixing things and people not computers.

Sure, what is the market value of the del amo property and what is your motivation to trade?

Are you planning on doing a 1031? If so, did you build your commercial property recently? If you are talking a direct swap that is not easy. If you give me more details I can better answer you question. I am in So Cal. pstoski@yahoo.com or 626 485-5163
