What's your competitive edge over others? Why should we choose you over other firms? You need a brief, concise pitch for landlords. Also, banks are increasingly becoming landlords these days. Obviously wuith REOs, the former managers failed, so banks tend to replace the management ater they foreclose. Call on the REO departments of local and regional banks.
Write an article that helps Landlords in some way for Commercial Property News or the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Craigslist always has ads looking for residental managers for big complexes.
Speak to brokers who specialize in apartment listings.
Buy a database of apartment owners. You may have to buy a larger list of commercial owners and pick and choose the apartment owners out.
