WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES THAT YOU THINK THERE ARE TO RELOCATE OR START A NEW BUSINESS IN A SMALL COMMUNITY?

Small communities are home to a number of well known Fortune 500 companies where that small town feel with quality of life amenities to serve their employees and their families along with crime rates being substantially below the national averages are the deciding factor. What other factors do you look for when selecting your new business location?

One big advantage in working with a smal community is that everyone knows everyone! So, as a Broker if you can sell a property in a bad/good market then the whole community will hear about it.

If you have superior skills, you will be heads and shoulders above those who have never been exposed to this type of training or skill set. i.e. you know how to cultivate business via calls and marketing vs. waiting on the phone to ring. I find a lot of very lazy people in our industry and the thing about it is, it is not hard. Just do the things necessary and business will find you and overwhelming so I have experienced. I moved back to Jackson, MS after training in Dallas and Colorado Springs and God has rewarded me heavily...! Praise God!
