Traffic count

Any one can point me to the right direction as to
where can I find "traffic count" for a specific location in Los Angeles.
Where can I find Gas Station, truck stops rent rate in CA.

If you happen to have access to Site To Do Business (with CCIM), you can always get the traffic counts through there. If not, feel free to let me know the intersection(s) and I wouldn’t mind sending them your way. As for rental rates, that's going to vary greatly depending on the area.

I can get you the traffic counts. As for the other part of your question California is a big place. Obviously a gas station in Los angeles will have a very different rent than one in Yreka. Same thing for a truck stop. Something in the city will be very different than out in the country. pstoski@yahoo.com
