You may get your best answers for this question by actually interviewing for a position at several of the agencies in your area. It is amazing what you can learn in an interview if you ask the right questions. Your question in this case could be, "what kind of volume do the top producers produce in your organization, and what are the incentives you offer for becoming a top producer"?
Also, keep your eyes pealed in the area where you practice. There are some good organizations made up of commercial real estate agents that you could join. This is an excellent way to trade information with your peers. Check with a good commercial title representative and he or she can possibly tip you off to available organizations in the San Gabriel Valley area.
