What is the question? TAR and NTCAR have excellent forms to be used by TAR / NTCAR members.

Assuming you are licensed, you would have access to forms of any Association which you are a member of. If you belong to multiple organizations, check first with your broker to see if they have a specified preference. Also verify with your client that they prefer to use a promulgated form as some clients may prefer their counsel draft the contract.

Often depends on the complexity of the purchase, a good portion of investment transactions are completed via attorney generated purchase and sale agreements, often the contract itself ends up being parking of the negotiations!
