Requirements for a licensed real estate broker to hold a public auction on commercial property?

Licensed broker in CT looking to auction off commercial property. Are any special licenses required or can you advertise and hold the sale yourself?

Connecticut does not appear to require a license to auction property. Connecticut – No State License
City license may be required. Equine, vehicles & real estate auctions subject to additional laws and licensing.
