Properties good for a live performance theater

I am researching properties good for a live performance theater space. How should I search for this? What properties work best for this business? I would need space for a stage, offices, set building shop, costume storage, dressing room, and a lobby.

Hi! I am familiar with a few theaters that are available in Branson, MO. I don't know if you would be interested or where you are looking.

Molly, my wife dragged me along to a play in Atlanta a few years back and the theatre was actually an old Elementary School and the stage and seating was in what was the auditorium or cafeteria, I guess.
It was a great use of an old unused building. Look around your area for something like that. Or call the school board and see if they have any older schools that they want to retire. As I recall, the "Lobby" was just the hallway, but I guess the dressing rooms, set building area and set storage and whatever else goes along with such a setup were in the old school rooms.
Let me know what you discover . . .
