NNN Management Fees

I would like to purchase NNN properties as part of a syndicate. As the managing member or general partner I would like to collect a management fee. What is typical. I understand that there are not many responsibilities to managing NNN properties, but what would be a standard fee to charge?

Mark,
I typically see the management fees range between 2% to 5%. If the properties are absolute NNN it could be on the lower end. It the land lord is responsible for roof, structure you could consider the higher percentage.

Hi Mark, If you plan to manage yourself, talk with your CPA. You'll be able to make sure that the amount will work well with your overall tax liability. Agree with the rate stated by Edward.
