Most likely he wants number of tenants. Occupancy. What rent they are charging. How many rooms/offices does it have? How old is it? What's the maintanance on it? What condition is it in? How long are the leases for existing tenants? Are they month to month or are they for a signed to a contract? Have you done a CMA? What are rents going for in the area? How many parking spaces are available for that building? What is the code on parking spaces in that particular area? Does it have asbestos/ lead paint? Is the current owner occupying a space there and if so is he/she willing to stay? These are some of the questions he might want answered. I hope this helps.
