My client got a request from some1 who wants to lease his land to graze his cows, which contract would I use?

You can search online and find basic ones as well. Whatever you decide, make sure that along with your typical lease terms, it includes requesting that the owner of the cows have their own liability insurance on the animals. You don't want to run the risk that a cow gets out, gets hit with a car, and your client is losing his land do to someone else's negligence. I am not an attorney, but it's something to think about. We do it with livestock leases on our own land.
