In my market rates for Class A office property still in flux. Rates are still down lots of tenants are moving up in building class and taking advanage of these low rates
I totally agree with Michael! My clients are coming to me in droves looking to find a great deal on an awesome property that they normally would not be able to afford. I had one tenant who took a leased a large warehouse in a bad park of town just because it was a huge space at an incredibly low rate. I advised him to get business renters insurance to cover his belongings just to be safe.
