The local chamber of commerce, economic development board, city manager's office, etc. should have access to this information. If you have trouble getting it from them, there are several websites that can provide the info, but they will charge a fee.
If you are a paying member of loopnet, they offer the service too. Hope this helps...

The can be purchased from a number of sources. Also, the state economic development department probably has them available.
