Looking to Expand My Options...

Currently I am contemplating taking my Commercial Construction Company of 26 + years on an expanded options makeover. I own a small leasable commercial property, a (3) family and some vacant lakefront properties as well.
Commercial construction being as it currently is, I have decided to take this slow period and pursue a salesperson license, a brokers license and pursue core CCIM academics/training.
I would like to take my commercial construction knowledge and intertwine the above mentioned so that I can become more diversifed in the years to come.
I have always had much interest in these mentioned fields and have exceled in the commercial construction field as well. Does this seem ambitious.
Your advise given to others has always been top-notch. Thanks and Good Luck to everyone during these trying times.

No, sounds like a great idea. It is fairly easy to get a realtor license and it sounds like you probably know more than half the brokers out there already.

Education is always good especially CCIM courses. The more you expose yourself too the greater the chances you will be able to capitalize on opportunities that come your way.
