Dennis...I am a commercial broker in Houston, specializing in Industrial brokerage and development.
There is no zoning classification in Harris county so there's flexibility in locations. Type of industry, power requirements, truck access, ship channel & rail access come in to play.
My email address is gpkelly@mhwre.com and my phone is 281-923-4303. If I could learn more about the requirements I may be able to assist. I have worked the ship channel, refinery area for the last 3 years.
Best regards
