Greeting Charles,
Hope your Christmas was joyous and best wishes for an amazing & profitable 2011.
I highly recommend the training of ** Monica Main,** who is a very successful real estate investor with a portfolio of 3,500 apartment units and other commercial properties and a great mentor for teaching you how to structure your deals and where to get them financed. You may have seen her banner ads running on Loopnet since the summer. She's TOP GUN and REALLY KNOWS her commercial & multifamily investing techniques; and teaches you what is working today! She and many of her successful students are actively buying and closing deals in today's market.
Monica has a 3-day workshop happening ** March 18-20, 2011 ** in Atlanta, Georgia.
But in addition to her workshop, she offers an 8-week instructional training program where she mentors 12-15 students, teaches you how to find, structure, and finance your multifamily deals via weekly assignments, video tutorials, and online chats that you can take NOW -- she has a program starting in January -- and by March you may have done your 1st deal! :-)
This was the program I took with her and I learned a lot about financing deals. I'll send you a personal message with more info and links regarding how to contact her.
You've picked a great time to start buying multifamily properties. And much success with your multifamily/commercial investing business.
Best regards,
Pauline
