I have a 200 room older hotel available for conversion to assisted living. Everything you would want - several large meeting rooms for activities, excercise, etc, pool, sauna, whirlpool, green space, easy access to highways. Was Holiday Inn in the past. Tower with six floors, and also two story rooms. City must approve conversion to assisted living from hotel zoning by referendum vote in November. Interested, please call John Froelich at 440-454-1121
