What do the operating expenses on multi-family apartment buildings typically cost per door in Jacksonville for class A, B and C? Thanks.

It all depends, very rough rule of thumb is 30-40% of EGI. Check out some of the published reports for specifics.

30 - 40% is broker speak. When running my numbers I calculate between 35% - 55% of Gross Income for total expenses. Factors that will push expenses to the higher end of the spectrum is age of the property, last time renovated, deferred maintenance, amenities. I have a bad a$$ spreadsheet I came up with today it easily calculates expenses, current value all proformas very simple to use. I'll gladly send it to you or anyone feel free to contact me.
