A few Property Management Companies pay referral fees to Realtors for new accounts however referral fees can only be paid from Broker to Broker. If you are a Realtor, check with companies in your area to see if any pay referrals for new accounts.

Typically Property management companies do pay referral fees, I have received as much as two months fees on major referrals however I am acting as a business manager for the company.

If you are licensed - most property management companies will pay a reasonable referral fee with a new contract. Happy to do so here in Texas.

Sure. Fees/commissions are negotiable. There is not much room on residential management accounts, but commercial accounts can be quite large. Focus on those.

Hi Peter, there are quite a few management companies in L.A. that will pay you a referral fees (if you can help the management company get the assignment) ; whether it is a one-time arrangement or for the life of the assignment it depends on a number of factors.
