Is there a difference in lease rates based on facade materials - for instance glass vs. brick?

And, where would I look to find average differences? Thanks!

Facade material would usually have a very small impact on a lease rate and would be a result of the basis the landlord has in the project (i.e. If a landlord decided he wanted to make the front of his shopping center resemble the Taj Mahal, using nothing but the finest marble, they would have spent a fortune doing this. Therefore, they would have to demand a high rent in order to recoup their cost. However, this would not be common.). What typically impacts the lease rate the most is the location and local market conditions.
