Is it reasonable to request tenant interviews during due diligence?

A buyer is interested is a 4 suite office building and insists on interviewing the current tenants.

Buyers are usually permitted to interview a representative of each tenant. The tenant interview should be conducted by a member of the asset management team, preferably the individual who wil lbe assigned to the property if the acquisition goes through.
