Is it possible for a foreign national to assume a note? If so, how is the best way to go about it?

There is a Bank in Miami who has International offices and if you are a Bank Customer of that Bank in your own County you will be able to have your Bank verify your financials and assist you with assuming the Note.

Investment in US real estate has almost always been completely open to foreign nationals, with only a few exceptions. A real estate broker with local market access can advise you on the underlying fundamentals of how a property fits into the market.
