Is it better to round off a listing price or mark it at an exact number. 1,100,000 vs 1,105,690

Personally, I think the exact numbers are pretty absurd. Buyers are going to make an offer anyway and I have yet to see a buyer offer something that specific. Then again it might make someone take a second look and try to figure out why the property is priced that specifically.

A broker in my area always ends his listings in 777 so when I see that I know its one of his. Not a bad idea...
