Is community activity center zoning more valuable than typical office-warehouse?

It would only be considered more valuable if there is actually demand for "Activity Center" zoning. However, that type of zoning may be VERY restrictive.

Would depend on the market relative to either type of property and what it might take to have the property prepared for the particular use.
