If you have to ask, then that is to long; find another Broker. Just saying, Broker should return all calls and inquiries soonest; Did your inquiry require any research time, was a return call scheduled?
If you had to wait this long to ask the question, obvious that you may have the wrong Broker.

I got a call back after a message was resent about emailing 2 weeks ago. Was told they would do some research and check and haven't heard back. I agree I need someone who will be responsive and I don't understand what is happening. I was also told this property is trying to be sold so they didn't know if they could do a lease. I like the location of the space so maybe I just need someone to rattle the cage for me.
